Nestled in the heart of Newtown, PA, Grey Barn Studio is a unique photography rental space that combines rustic charm with modern amenities. Housed in a beautifully renovated barn, our studio is designed to inspire creativity and elevate your photography sessions.

Studio Features

  • Spacious Interior: With high ceilings and ample room to move around, Grey Barn Studio offers a versatile backdrop for all types of shoots—whether you’re capturing portraits, fashion, product photography, or more.

  • Controlled Lighting: While our studio does not feature natural light, it is equipped with a comprehensive selection of professional photo lighting equipment to ensure you achieve the perfect look for your project. Say goodbye to unpredictable lighting and hello to consistent, high-quality results. We offer both strobes and a 6500k, daylight white LED light wall.

  • Variety of Backdrops: Choose from an array of backdrops to suit your style and needs. Check out our catalog of backdrops available to rent, or bring your own! We have two walls with metal flashing installed for hanging backdrops with magnets.

  • Client Closet: We are slowly building our client closet. Check our catalog for rentable outfits - it is always growing and changing!

  • Variety of Props: We have a huge selection of props. We can chat about your session theme to see if we have any props that may be useful.

  • Restroom: Our restroom is, unfortunately, not handicap accessible. It is located right inside the entrance of the 300 year old house on the property. Please make sure to request restroom access when booking, as it may not be available all the time.

Our team is here to assist you in selecting the right equipment for your shoot. And if you need an assistant, we have professional photographers ready to join you for a small fee! Pricing will be assessed based on needs.
